About Korean to Bengali Translation
Korean to Bengali translation serves two large groups: K-drama and K-pop fans across West Bengal, Assam and Bangladesh, and Bangladeshi workers and students in South Korea. Korean has about 81 million speakers and is written in Hangul, a phonetic alphabet created in the 15th century. Bengali has around 270 million speakers and uses the Bengali script. The two languages are unrelated, yet both put the verb at the end of the sentence and both use postpositions, so 나는 밥을 먹어요 (naneun bap-eul meogeoyo) maps closely to আমি ভাত খাই (ami bhat khai). Korean also has strict speech levels, much like Bengali uses তুমি, আপনি and তুই. This page lists common drama words, workplace lines and daily phrases with Bengali script and an easy Roman reading.
